The SEAF Central & Eastern European Growth Fund (the Growth Fund) is a $20.6 million fund. The Growth Fund's primary aim is to make follow-on equity investments, typically ranging from $500,000 to $3 million, in high-growth portfolio companies held in other SEAF funds across the Central and Eastern European region.
The Growth Fund can also look at making equity investments in syndication with other financial investors. The Growth Fund has made a total of 8 investments into SEAF fund portfolio companies in Croatia, Estonia, Poland and Romania, and completed 2 exits by trade sale. |
